"We coulda been contendahs, Charlie!"Remember Marlon Brando's birds in "On the Waterfront?" That's what this picture of these three rock doves (pigeons) from the Netherlands makes me think of. The numbers on the cage makes me think of "Birdman of Alcatraz." They live with Bunny Buttons, above.

| Here's Bing (IL), the guinea pig. His second owners originally named him Pooh Bear because, as you can see, he is the exact same color as Winnie the Pooh. (His original owner had, in a moment of gender confusion, named him Amanda.) But then they started calling him Bing, for what reason I'm not sure. Bing loves to eat, especially carrots and watermelon, and makes a squeaking noise when he is content. He doesn't like rides in the car, being petted under his chin, dogs, and skunks. He has his own fan club on LiveJournal and has starred in his own calendar and snout magnet on CafePress.com . He bit me once, (not hard) but that was my own fault because I put my finger up to his mouth to "see what would happen." | ||||||||||||||||
